In order to guarantee your project runs smoothly, please follow our “step by step information kit.” This contains all the information you will need to ensure your project is a success. It’s packed with tips and advice including detailed project notes; sample letters/order forms to parents, class purchase forms, and lots of project ideas!
PARENT LETTER/ORDER FORM
This letter has been designed for you to personalise,
photocopy and distribute with the artwork. Ensure to add:
• Cost of items
• Return order date
• Students name & class
• Add school emblem or logo (optional)

CLASS PURCHASE FORM
This is the form to be completed once all artwork and orders have been returned. Two versions are available:

name and quantity required. It then calculates your order for
